There's been some delays because of renewed interest from Sheff Wednesday and now also, Sunderland; but, it seems that City have the best offer 'on the table' and "Villa are a bigger club" Little is just waiting for a replacement for another departing Tranmere striker (Dadi !?) to come in. PS Trundle IS fat - and slow - and a troublemaker - and only gets (and can only get) goals in the lower Leagues.

No one wants to take a chance on him as hes classed as too much of a risk and a 'luxury' player. We cannot afford any luxuries unfortunately and whoever we get needs to be the 'right' one.
