Excellent idea was reading this earlier and thought there is hope yet for the PL.

They've finally realised that this massive TV deal requires grounds to be nearly full for the TV audience to show off the "best league", about time ticket prices were capped or reduced in any case.

I'm surprised that it said away attendances have declined by 10%. If anything I thought away attendances have risen and its the home attendances that have declined.
