Fantastic article, how are we supposed to develop world class players if coaches have backwards 70s attitudes to playing styles or know very little about managing or coaching.

Certainly, if they're going to provide some valuable insight/tactics that will benefit us, not just because they're black.

I'd agree with Ronnie, we should be looking to get some German and Spanish coaches on board to help overhaul the system, because the key figures at the FA are too conservative.
