Fox92 Posted 29 October 2013 Posted 29 October 2013 No.. He's just rubbish and can't get in the match squad.
Brainy Posted 29 October 2013 Posted 29 October 2013 No.. He's just rubbish and can't get in the match squad. Going the same way as Wellens did then
Fox92 Posted 29 October 2013 Posted 29 October 2013 Going the same way as Wellens did then Well, yeah. Not sure what you're getting at. Yeah I think everyone knows I was a big Wellens fan, but all things must move on at some point.
StanSP Posted 29 October 2013 Posted 29 October 2013 Running down his contract. There's not really a space for him in the side anyway.
pinkiris Posted 29 October 2013 Author Posted 29 October 2013 Yes but his contract is until 2015 I think. Surely he needs to go out on loan
Carter The Boss Posted 29 October 2013 Posted 29 October 2013 Yes but his contract is until 2015 I think. Surely he needs to go out on loan Not sure you can just go out on loan. Someone needs want to take him on loan, and be willing to pay / subsidise his wages.
Monsell1976 Posted 29 October 2013 Posted 29 October 2013 The bloke needs to move on if he's going to have any sort of career after Leicester. The bloke probably knows he can drain the money out of city for doing **** all, as he's never going to get paid the wages he's on again, and then if he's lucky get in a league two side after. If he was really interested in going on loan it would have happened by now, as his agent would look for interested parties, but he's either that shit nobody wants him, or he's content not playing.
Mack Posted 29 October 2013 Posted 29 October 2013 He will be delighted to rot and take the hugely overblown wages we were stupid enough to give him. He could probably hold down a place in the first team of a Leauge 1 side but he'd rather take the higher wage with us, ignore the fans like they don't exist and go shopping with his misses on a Saturday afternoon with another 15k in the bank. And you could argue that were were stupid enough to pay it and sign him long term, however surely he has more respect for himself than to see out the rest of the career in this manner?
Jace Posted 29 October 2013 Posted 29 October 2013 Its the clubs fault this situation has happened however Im surprised there hasn’t been a loan deal agreed where we pay part of his wage surely that would be the best all round solution?
LCCFox96 Posted 29 October 2013 Posted 29 October 2013 Can't for the life of me understand why he doesn't leave on loan. He must want 1st team football because at his age his decline will start to get big quickly. If he can't strike a loan deal then he should get his contract terminated and join on fresh acceptable terms elsewhere. Best for all parties.
DanTheFox07 Posted 29 October 2013 Posted 29 October 2013 Yeah come to a Mutual Agreement sooner rather than later I think.
