Kasper - 6.5 really didn't have much to do, good save at the end.

RDL - 6 got forward well at time and stood up to anything that came down his side. A bit soft at times.

Wes - 8 rock.

Was - 7 same as Wes, just caught out a couple of times. Could have had a goal, pretty much a free header

Konch - 6 supported dyer very well, most of their attacks came from his side but he dealt with most

James - 9 MOTM completely outstanding. Cleaned everything up and managed the ball well (Pearson will be happy). Definitely a big reason for our form.

Drinky - 7 same as James with the defending, could have linked play up a little better in the second half.

Knocky 6 - nothing came off for him today, alot of effort and defended well

Dyer - great finish. Really wasn't happy when he was taken off. Rightly so, but wasn't nice to see him mardy around shakey

Vardy - 8 ran his heart out, even in the first half. Deserved his goal and a good finish

Nugent - 7 great link up play. Needs to start to be a bit more selfish, although I don't care so long as we win

Marhez - 6 great ball for vardys' goal. Didn't have a chance for anything else.

On another note.. The ref; he definitely supports Burnley or QPR. Everything went there way and some very stupid decisions.

Knockaert 6 Not his best game. Lost the ball a few times

James 8.5 Commanding, skilful, high tempo. Fantastic

Drinkwater 8 Almost as good as James. Drove us on. Battled well

Dyer 7 Cracking finish. Tired as the game wore on

Nugent 8 Really good especially first half playing in the hole. Unlucky not to score

Vardy 8.5 Fantastic goal, full of running, touch good, just a great performance again

Mahrez did superbly for the second goal.

RDL 6 - Did his bit for the team, solid enough.

Konch 6 - A bit sloppy in possession but similar to RDL.

Was 7 - Commanding, but gave a few silly free kicks away.

Morgan 7 - He'll want a game like this every week. Meat and drink.

Knocky 6 - Not his best game but he's added so much more to his game and it benefits us immensely.

Dyer 7 - Great finish after slipping.

James 9 - Phenomenal. What a talent this lad is.

Drinky 8 - Works so well with Jamo. Got stuck in and kept things simple.

Nuge 7 - Excellent work for the first, unlucky to not score himself.

Vardy 8 - What a transformation, what a great goal. Class.

Mahrez 6 - Didn't see much of the ball but did very well for the winner.

Kasper  7   Pulled off some decent saves. Dont think he could do much about the goal but we were miles away anyway. Loved his passion at the end when he came over the the fans.

 

 

RDL  7.5   I was impressed with Ritchie. Not his best game for us but some very important tackles in and was always ready to link up with Knocky

 

Morgan  8  I captains performance

 

Was  7  Solid enough but he does worry me slightly. I'm not sure what it is but I get a nervous feeling when he gets the ball or goes in for a tackle - that foul at the end was silly.

 

Konch  7  Pretty standard game.

 

 

Knocky  6.5  Yes some of the close interplay is very nice but he was doing too much with the ball on the edge of the area rather than getting the ball in there. He wasn't the only one. Love the man though.

 

James  8.5  Very impressed with Matty last night. Bossed it.

 

Drinky  8  Solid performance from Drinky tonight. Shouldnt have been a booking for the first one imo, but could have got himself another yellow for a tackly a couple of mins later.

 

Dyer  7  Extra .5 for the goal. I didnt think he offered much but that was most likely down to the conditions. Did look a little uninterested to me.

 

 

Nuge  7.5  Played well. Good ball for Dyers goal. Created a couple of chances for himself and unlucky with the one that was disallowed - lovely finish. Was that for handball or backing in does anyone know?

 

Vardy   8   What a boy. Great work rate as ever. Cracking finish and had the ball in the back of the net again but was called offside. Love the Jamie Vardy song!

 

 

Mahrez's though ball was lovely for Vardy's goal. He looks a good prospect

De Laet - 7 Got forward well, defensively solid.

Wes - 8 Beast.

Was - 7.5 Sometimes loses his man but on the whole solid

Konch - 7 Given a run around by Burke but dealt with him well on the whole. Thought he was slightly out of position for the cross which led to their goal.

Knocky - 6 Poor by his standards. Tried to do a lot and it didn't come off for him. I don't like the way he sprints to close down the opposition only for them to cut inside, go past him with ease and have space in front of them (happened at least 5 times through the game).

James - 8.5 Rock solid. Apart from one mis-placed pass, I thought he was fantastic.

Drinky - 7 Dealt with things well, some classy touches. I like his ability to play in confined spaces when surrounded by opposition players. He was unlucky to get a yellow, but fortunate to not get a second yellow when he dived in for a tackle late on.

Dyer - 7 Not vintage Lloyd, but got a goal. Unlucky to come off instead of Knocky and rightfully agrieved.

Nugent - 8.5 Thought he was class last night. Held the ball up well and created a lot. Perhaps should have scored second half.

Vardy - 8 Another great performance. He causes opposition so many problems. Great pace, great work rate, great finish.

 

Mahrez - 7 In the short couple of appearances, he looks like he's going to be a beast. Great touch, held the ball up and played some fantastic balls through.

Hammond - N/A Not on long enough to give him a rating, but made us look more solid in the middle for the last few minutes.

Phillips - N/A Wasn't on long.

 

Overall - We should have been out of sight at half-time. A fantastic away performance, only marred by a squeeky bum last 3 minutes. The Nuge/Reg partnership again showed how well it has developed.

Kasper 7 - Very little to do but decent distribution and on the ball when it mattered.

RDL 7 - Dealt well defensively and made some decent forward runs. Not his best but still solid.

Wasilewski 7.5 - Is very comfortable on the ball and loves making those passes out of defence to our midfielders to get us going. Solid performance

Wes 7.5 - Beast

Konch 7 - Classic Konch going forward and defensively

Knocky 7 - Not his best but still worked hard and some very useful touches and passes on the ball.

Drinkwater 8 - For once this season he wasn't our best CM but he was still fantastic both offensively and defensively.

James 9.5 - What a performance and what a man. Key tackles, key interceptions, read the game so well, offered a great threat going forward and was almost involved in everything!

Nugent 8.5 - Disappointed didn't get a goal but his performance was v rounded. He spent so much time on the ball it was unbelievable. Good assist for Dyer and a constant pain for Brum.

Vardy 9 - Love the guy. He's so quick and relentless the defence don't get a minutes rest. Thought he could have had more than one but him and Nuge bounced off each other all night.

 

Mahrez 7 - purely for the assist and the awareness he showed on the ball. Pretty sure he barely touched it for the first 5 to 10 minutes he was on. Shone after that.

Hammond N/A - couldn't really tell if much impact.

Phillips N/A - again not much time to influence the game.

RDL 7 - Not hsi best game but again, didn't do much wrong.

Was 7 - Played well, so much better in the centre.

Morgan 8 - Game was almost too easy for him, was getting bored.

Knocky 6 - Impressed by his work rate but little came off for him last night, might be a bit tired.

Dyer 7 - Lovely goal and performance.

James 9 - Best player on the pitch, forming an incredible midfield partnership, the best combo since Lennon and Izzet.

Drinky 8 - Compliments everyone elses games who is near him on the pitch. Always avaliable.

Nuge 7 - Standard Nuge, good performance, involved in a goal.

Vardy 9 - Superb work rate, superb touch, superb finish, superb player.
