Yet Portugal are 4.5* and England 5*. Well yeah, exactly. England seem a bit poor, I played a guy on seasons last night as Mexico and he was England, I managed to win despite a star difference, admittedly because he couldn't finish. I actually thought you were joking when I read this. I can't believe they haven't released this on the Xbox One / PS4! Not that I'd've bought it anyway.
