Collo73 Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Like most on here I thought last night was a big letdown in atmosphere until the last 10 mins. What we need to do now though is pack up with the moaning etc and put a simple action in to place... Re-locate!! It seems most of us sit/stand next to people we have plenty to whinge about so why don't we all move to the same part of the ground?. It appears the guys at the back of SK1 are trying to get things going so this appears to be the best area for things to happen. Me and my clan will be going across to SK1 (currently just in SK4) next season and I ask all of to others that want to bring back the noise and support of old to do the same. We all have our part to play in making things better. Would like to here decent views on what people think of this but lets keep it positive and try and find a solution to this rather than just slag others off. Cheers and up the city.
kingpower84 Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Think the young lads in fam stand should move over they can be hardcore and get some songs goin
Collo73 Posted 9 April 2014 Author Posted 9 April 2014 Where in sk1/2 is best at present? Idea of seat/ row numbers please....
cityfanlee23 Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 SK1, In the middle at the top! Row NN in the middle is quality normally, Really really want more fans to join us up there, it's the new era for me. Massive potential to be the most influencial area of the ground based on size/price, It really seems to be getting th kop going now... It's not an offence to anyone else, it's just logic that this is the most sensible area for everyone to come and join us in, Cannot talk highly enough of the people I've met up there, most from here... Really top quality fans and decent people, willing to sing for the team!
cityfanlee23 Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 SK1 UNITE THE KOP!!!! You still owe me a drink up there!
Collo73 Posted 9 April 2014 Author Posted 9 April 2014 What's the general age of the guys up there? Do you all meet for a few beers pre-match? I believe even if some didn't want to sing they should still relocate as at the very least they aren't gonna hear any moans and groans as surrounded by regular fans that just want to support the team win/lose or draw

Plenty of young lads there, and plenty of adults, With a fair share of the older fans! All welcome, and you'll meet some seriously brilliant people up there I promise, Before every game the topic arises and fans choose where to meet, So yeah quite a lot of us organise to meet at a certain pub pre match! Just sing with your fellow fans for 90 minutes, expect to lose your voice for 3 days, and you're more than welcome!!!
Master Fox Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Sounds like everyone in SK1 are doing more harm than good. At least we have a section now where we can laugh and point and know that's where all the morons with pea brains sit.
Voll Blau Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Sounds like everyone in SK1 are doing more harm than good. At least we have a section now where we can laugh and point and know that's where all the morons with pea brains sit. And you're basing that on what?
Master Fox Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 And you're basing that on what?Nothing. Im just shit stirring. Sk1 and L1ners are making everyone else pissed off and agitated. I thought I would fuel the fire. Im on the fence, not taking a side so to speak. I basically think you're all cvnts. Not seen this much hate at Leicester since the start of the season. Its good to know we haven't lost our true ways.
MC Prussian Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Let's have the club decide whom sits where at home and create a special section for all "plastics", so that the rest knows where all the whinging and moaning comes from. Also, I'd suggest a similar section for grumpy old men.
Master Fox Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Couldn't agree more Shut up plastic. Go shove a prawn sandwich up your muff.
MC Prussian Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Shut up plastic. Go shove a prawn sandwich up your muff. There were prawn sandwiches yesterday??? How did I miss out on that??
Illusion35 Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Can we add a section for fans of other clubs, the bloke behind me last night said 'I should have stayed at home and watched united'. Even though they don't even play until tonight. Major Idiot!
Master Fox Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 There were prawn sandwiches yesterday??? How did I miss out on that?? Being a plastic has its perks. They had coffee and tea too. They were handing out nice soft fox lesiure blankets in case your botty got cold.
Lobsterboyuk Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 I'm moving to Sk1 for the QPR game, thinking to move permanently. Didn't enjoy last night and sure there were some one-off folk around moaning but the STHs held their own in the moaning/leaving early stakes too
Grandad. Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 How would you feel if Leicester tried to get a Man United singing section on the go? That may help.
Tommy G Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 SK1 was frankly embaressing last night. I have had a season ticket in that block for 5 years now, and last night was the worst its been. there seems to be an attitude of a ''super fan'' if you stand and sing all game, and if you don't you get abused by your fellow fans. I had to cringe at some of the songs being sung, I even heard ''if your watching on the telly your a cvnt'' the game wasn't even on sky which was pointed out to the fan in question and he soon shut up. People were getting dogs abuse for leaving early - I satyed until the end as normal and clapped the players off the pitch. if people wan't to leave early it's their choice! Some people might want to get their kids back earlier, I don't see how it impacts on the game. Maybe if some of our fans concentrated on what was going on, on the pitch rather than turning on our own support it would have made for a better atmosphere. Some of those people probably wont come back, and i don't blame them. Some people should be embaressed - we don't need your ''support'' never mind the ''plastic fans''
Grandad. Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 I couldn't believe my ears or my eyes when I first heard "We're the right side" shit sung and then an attempted Mexican wave? Wow.
Dan Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Desperate times and all that. How would you feel if Leicester tried to get a Man United singing section on the go? That may help. Been pushing for one for a while.
Master Fox Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 I think the plastics should an form an allegiance. The plastic liberation army - fighting for logic and rational thinking and to uphold the right to leave early.
Grandad. Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Been pushing for one for a while. The club has or the fans have?
Dan Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 The club has or the fans have? Fans. There've been a number of attempts which have come to nothing but there's one this time, where there's actual communication between the club and the fans, and there's talk that we're getting our own block next year. Believe it when it happens though.
