The one who gets it does another which includes one of the letters. They do not have to all link like a crossword. My first clue. Number of letters in brackets. The first part, before the comma, is referring to a part of the body, after the comma are the two syllables of this body part are represented by A shelf A heavy load But not necessarily in that order.
