LAprice_ Posted 10 May 2014 Posted 10 May 2014 I completely agree with this apart from the last sentence where I think you meant to say are instead of our. It shall be edited now. I really do disappoint myself sometimes
UpTheLeagueFox Posted 10 May 2014 Posted 10 May 2014 I'm expecting 5/6 new faces - GK, CB, LB, MF and 2xF
Happy Fox Posted 10 May 2014 Posted 10 May 2014 I'm expecting 5/6 new faces - GK, CB, LB, MF and 2xF A winger as well mate.
Guest MattP Posted 10 May 2014 Posted 10 May 2014 If we don't sign ten players we are down. Pearson out and my season ticket goes back. I didn't pay 30 for the Real Madrid game for comments like this.
lgfualol Posted 10 May 2014 Posted 10 May 2014 GK, LB/RB someone that could play both. CB, CM, winger and a striker or two. I'd like Liverpool to buy two brilliant fullbacks so we can get Flanagan on loan.
foxaholic Posted 10 May 2014 Posted 10 May 2014 Completely agree but I'd imagine we'll sign 4-5 players. 2-3 players that will fit in to the first two and a few others with decent ability as squad players, I'd imagine we'd need a bigger squad and a bit more quality on the bench for the prem. The last team to go up with a similar tally of points to us was Reading who finished 6th and I cant recall them making expensive signings
Agent Fox Posted 10 May 2014 Posted 10 May 2014 Not bothered about a back-up goalkeeper. Left back CB for depth CM Winger for depth Striker
Oldinnblue Posted 10 May 2014 Posted 10 May 2014 Jelavic Long Huddlestone Davies Livermore They signed 5 very good premier league players. If we only signed 2 we would come straight back down no doubt. If we could bring in players of this quality to add to our current squad, we would be looking at a top ten finish, no sweat. We do need a dominant centre half though, as we concede to many goals from set pieces.
