Whilst I'm an insurance professional, I'd consider any free online courses in areas of project management, management itself generally, human resources/people management, mentoring/training etc. This is a bit of a long shot, but has anyone else found themselves in this sort of situation and did you find this sort of thing of value and do you have any recommendations? More of a longshot - anyone else completed the ACII qualification? If so, where did you go next? Is the IIRM thing worth looking at? Cheers all and sorry for the boring subject.
