Babylon Posted 30 June 2014 Posted 30 June 2014 Not me, and this isn't the Championship anymore this is a different kettle. Norra chance, not playing together anyway. Can't have them pair as a Premiership centre back pairing, not a succesful one anyway. Moore all day long for me. I'm not confident about Moore making the step straight away, he's prone to a few clangers.

Babylon Posted 30 June 2014 Posted 30 June 2014 3 at the back? Would be surprised after it looked a bit shit at the start of last year.
Bryn Posted 30 June 2014 Posted 30 June 2014 Bear in mind Palace stayed up with Delaney and Gabbidon. If we don't hold a deep line, flood the midfield and play on the counter I'll be very surprised, and Upson is up to that.
HitchinFox Posted 30 June 2014 Posted 30 June 2014 Premier League's Adrian Clarke: "Nobody in the division (Championship) hit fewer long balls than the Foxes" Every single Watford fan, every single time we got the ball in our half in the games against them: "Hoooooof"
cjslcfc Posted 30 June 2014 Posted 30 June 2014 Our CBs will only be turned and caught out if we press our defence high up the pitch. Hold deep and counter and those two will actually be decent. Don't think they will start together, however, and would much rather Moore was given a chance to shine at CB.

You say this but look at some of the centre back pairings that stayed up, such as WBA's, Sunderland's etc. Morgan has been involved in one of the best defenses in the division, as has Upson. With these two, RDL and a better LB, I'd say as long as the team defends as a unit, we'll be fine.
