I think the Ivory Coast would have every right to contest that. There's no doubt that they're the best side from the continent but it definitely isn't a case of by "miles."

Ivory Coast are still quite reliant on being more physical, look at their World Cup showing, Algeria have more technical quality in the ball - maybe not "miles" but certainly the best African side in terms of technical ability.
