Seems to have an unnatual fetish about shirts. The only way to break the habit is to leave them off. You may still get some stares but at least you nake new friends.

 

I only have Leicester shirts  even though I am not a regular. Like others I could not wear one of a team LCFC are likely to play but maybe a non or lower league team. If I moved to another city I may if it was not a big team like Man Utd. I would rather support Stockport  County. My brother has lived in the Lake District for a few years now and  always looks at City results first. His mate who was in business with him goes regularly to Carlisle games and  jokes as to how bad they are sometimes. He goes to watch the game more than the team. He was a City supporter at school. National team shirts is a little different like having a collection of cars or flags native to different countries. You could still have an England one to wear and stick the others on a wall.

Collecting varied shirts seems wrong if worn. Collect them for their design but do not confuse people.
