RIP Junior Malanda, that is such a young age to die . According to police, he was thrown forward at the collision; and died instantly.[1][2]

My message doesn't imply he deserved to die at all. If you want to start sticking up for people there's many better ways of doing it than deliberately misinterpreting my statement. It states that if he was catapulted from the back seat then wearing a seatbelt could, and almost certainly would, have prevented that. Not that it would have prevented him from dying but, judging from the comment "he was thrown forward at the collision and died instantly", it would have been a very likely way of it.
