He was sacked for bringing the club in to disrepute. There is no dispute between the owners family regarding Pearson. Its totally up to you if you believe this or not, it doesn't matter either way but it may give you a clue (if you accept it that is) of where the owners stand with the manager.Ian is that you?

If your story was true I would be very very worried for the future existance of our club. You are claiming the owners and executives did not know they had to pay compensation when they sacked Nigel. Where are they getting there legal advice from. It is not a case of what suit's it's the huge hole in the middle of you story you could drop the KP stadium through that is the problem. Also if true they are going to struggle to sack him for anything now and not pay him up as he could claim constructive dismissal. Also you ask us to believe they sacked NFP and reinstated him. The very same man that walked away because MM had Sousa sat in the stands. lol

C-man Posted 13 February 2015 Posted 13 February 2015 I still don't quite believe that a man of NP's ego, integrity and alleged 'arrogance' would accept a return to his role after being sacked a matter of hours beforehand. I'm sorry but if my employer binned me only to come back a few hours later with their tails between their legs, effectively admitting that they couldn't find anyone better I would tell them to do one and expect my pay off fairly quickly. I have no reason to suspect NP wouldn't do the same.

I thought he was that sort of guy too a few years ago but then again he came back here despite being under the impression that the present owners, didnt want him first time around.. Hence them and Sousa arm in arm for the Cardiff play off game. Thought his principles wouldnt bring him back to a club that let him go without a whimper.
