The players then execute that and if done better than the other team we win the game. We have played well, created more chances than our opposition in most games but it's the end product which has let us down. Players take more of the blame than the manager, for a lack of quality when it matters

His answers all seemed reasonable, fairly negative character to have any issue with a light hearted interview done for a not so serious tv show.
