There aren't many managers that could get Luke Thomas, Okolii, Ayew, Daka, Nelson to be better football players in a few weeks. We cannot defend, we cannot keep clean sheets, we have a lot of poor players in key areas, the spine is particularly poor. You can get away with a couple of poorer players if your spine is solid, but it's pathetic. I knew we were going down weeks ago, we needed 2 new centre halves, a midfielder and a striker in the January transfer window, but unfortunately we are fielding the same players that have gotten us here in the first place. Nothing changes if you've got fundamentally bad players.

O'shea should have scored in the first half at the back post and he won every header from corners and set pieces.
