Participation bonus is now 12m each. 1.5m for a win and 500k for a draw, plus market pool amount have gone up. Liverpool got 33m euros without even going through on the old deal. I tell you what the champions league is worth to me, a minimum of 6 games (hopefully many more) against the cream of Europe. Great memories, hopefully. Something I have dreamed about for many years. That dream was effectively taken away when Sky took over the reins in 1992 & for the duration of the premier league I had given up on my dreams. UNTIL THIS SEASON. Now after an unbelievable set of events, starting with the last quarter of 2014-2015 season, the appointment of the Don & subsequent tactics by the great man, the arrival of Kante & the camaraderie & confidence of the whole squad my dreams have not just been awoken but realised, something I would have scoffed at not long ago. What I & every other City fan are looking forward to next season, money cant buy. Just to add, Man Utd have promised a £200 million war chest for Mourinho.
