OriginalRobboFOX Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 In the running for manager of the month with Blackpool for December. Can honestly see him being City manager one day.
Suffolk_fox Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 Time to start a bandwagon? Gentlemen, start your erm wagons...
lcfc_jme Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 In the running for manager of the month with Blackpool for December. Can honestly see him being City manager one day. Think I'd prefer Nigel Worthington thanks
lookwhaticando Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 Think I'd prefer Nigel Worthington thanks Can't go gambling on managers who've never managed at our level, eh?
lcfc_jme Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 Can't go gambling on managers who've never managed at our level, eh? Oh I think I understand. We can give somebody with NO managerial experience or ambition a chance to run our club, but somebody who has achieved promotion before shouldn't even be looked at?? Got ya
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 3 January 2007 Author Posted 3 January 2007 Whooaa Whooa people.... I meant in the future, like 3-4 years maybe, got a feeling about Larry returning one day and leading us to the promised land. Very much like Moses...
lookwhaticando Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 Whooaa Whooa people.... I meant in the future, like 3-4 years maybe, got a feeling about Larry returning one day and leading us to the promised land. Very much like Moses... Whoa whoa whoa. The last time you had a 'feeling' you went t' hospital and had a pair of 32D's installed.
Bert Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 Let him ply his trade in the lower leagues for now. Then he can come back, with Walsh and Muzzy his assitants.
lildave3 Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 He was a great player for us, captaining us to glory in 1994, scoring that goal against Wimbledon. That's what i remember about him anyway
Foxed Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 Another Kisnorbo I think. Villified one season-legend the next. When he got the captaincy I was apoplectic. But he certainly did the business for us. I'd have him back (in a few years, once he's plyed his trade in the lower leagues etc etc)
Guest Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 My mate used to fancy him. And Phil Gee. She had no taste.
Simon Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 Think I'd prefer Nigel Worthington thanks No- I'd have Grayson if I had to choose. I think its a bit premature to be looking at him though...
lcfc_jme Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 No- I'd have Grayson if I had to choose. I think its a bit premature to be looking at him though... You'd prefer Grayson to Worthington?? Even though Worthington has achieved promotion at this level before? Care to explain why?
Flynny Posted 3 January 2007 Posted 3 January 2007 You'd prefer Grayson to Worthington?? Even though Worthington has achieved promotion at this level before? Care to explain why? Insipid, lacks testes, and is the exact opposite of the kind of man Leicester need in right now. Anyway I bet Delia ran the team really. He was just a puppet.
The People's Hero Posted 4 January 2007 Posted 4 January 2007 She speaks very highly of you. So I've been told. Was this in between telling you she loved you and falling out of a taxi. If so, tell her it means more when she's sober. If she's ever sober. That said, I'll never pull her when she's sober. Keep her drinkin'. Yeah! YEAH! YYYYEEEAAAHHH! ( , Y , )
mancunianfox Posted 4 January 2007 Posted 4 January 2007 You'd prefer Grayson to Worthington?? Even though Worthington has achieved promotion at this level before? Care to explain why? Because Worthington is the most boring manager in the country and his teams play the most boring football. He would be Craig Levein mk.3.
He's not bald Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 Grayson named Manager of the Month. O shut that door!
Leicfox Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 Grayson is still a Leicester fan and i remember chatting with him at Old Trafford the last time we played Utd in the League cup. Pity he has'nt got enough experience as a manager which we need imo or i would of said get him in.
Flynny Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 Didn't Paul Ince just get the League 2 manager of the month? He'll be a very good manager one day, he's already working wonders at Macclesfield. I doubt anyone else would agree with me, but if we're still with Kelly at the end of the season and Ince shows that he can keep Macclesfield in form, even when they're out of the relegation battle (which they look like they will be very soon on current form) I'd have him as Leicester manager. Ex-Ferguson players seem to make good managers.
