think most of us now are just conditioned to the complete BS selections
-
all in all it just feels like same old same old with england, we have some real promising younger players and none ever seem to get a look in and when they do they arent given a fair crack think its one of the reasons why i rarely watch england games unless its a tournament now
-
walker, Henderson..........like HOW Henderson has started 2 of the last 9 games for Ajax and Walker has been horrific all season the likes of MGW, Wharton, Lewis Hall, Spence....not even selected nah what is he on really, is it going to be the same old same old again

another example of the saying "great players dont always make great managers" -
this season as a whole has just been a complete waste of time imo for us like ive just became numb to it all now, cant be arsed to watch/listen or even go, amazing how so much mismanagement behind the scenes(thats spilled onto the pitch0 can actually do first time thats ever happened in all my time going on the regular
-
im with you there, it has to be a certain type of experience, it doesnt even have to be "older" players, can be like players in their mid to late 30s like i think someone like Ben Sheaf would be decent for us
-
well lets not beat around the bush, hes more than likely to be if the EFL get their way with us
-
yeah thats the other way to look at it, and it wouldnt be a shit load of money, it would be a good wage of course; and best coaches.....really, theyd be in the youth set up, so they wouldnt be always be under the best, as most would be first team managers. but all depends on the player and doesnt always work out like that either, like Ben Woodburn at liverpool, they thought he was going to be a world beater.... so it doesnt always work out that way in regards players going to a bigger club than us, look at it this way if he stayed with us(which i doubt he will as i said) he'd certainly be on a good wage, be in the first team, and when it comes time for a move he'd get alot more all around sooner, but as i said, these players dont think like that now its very much a double edge sword
-
no point hoping wolves lose, cos we aint staying up, tbh though none of the bottom 3 are champion is done, relegation is done too
-
moyes has certainly made Everton look better, huge credit for that
-
tbf ill be surprised if he stays, all these younger players see the glitz and glamour of going to someone like Man City or Liverpool, but when push comes to shove many dont go on to be starters(after a good few years at said bigger club) they get farmed out on loan etc then sold, If Monga had anything about him, he'd stay here, hes got more of a chance of getting in our first team compared to going somewhere like Man City(in the short term)even if it is in the Championship, and being first team ready after a season or 2 in the championship he's more likely to be a starter for a premier league team come the time he'd move on but many of these young players dont think like that, they want the now, rather have the cash and the clout saying that are at Man City etc, even tho long term these moves arent always right for the player
-
least Ipswich and Southampton lost, lets make it a triple tomorrow then
-
in deal terms, Anderson was £30mil the goalie one was a separate deal by such logic we got Golding for nothing and sold KDH for 25mil yeah theyve made some good signings but theyve had a massive turnover of players,
-
dunno Palace have battered them for the most part
-
im all for them tbf, I quite like the model sunderland have, alot of young hungry players but we need to have a good experience base too
