You can’t separate the two issues because they play into a factor for one of the big points of the priority points alteration. It’s the cited reason why the club want to have a percentage of collection. I think there’s a whole raft of issues with that - you’ve pointed out the club may change the return policy but what happens on occasions when the country’s less than reliable transport system fails? You have to link the two - because if not you are just reactive to an issue and not having a rounded discussion. This is what the club often do - put a plaster on one thing while it’s bleeding elsewhere
