But the harsh reality of it. Rudkin is a King Power employee. He has four roles with King Power and is considered a strong enough friend to be invited to Aiyawatt’s wedding. They trust him with the horse racing yet he has zero knowledge of horse racing. It’s not a mad equation, regardless if you agree or not
-
Well it ain’t mad really. The notion is that Top and KP are too tied to Rudkin and therefore the only way for a board room shake up is to thrown the board out.
-
Hmmmmmm - I wouldn’t disrespect the divided society and class system throughout Thailand as that
-
At this point right here, I’d go Rudkin out bwvause King Power leaving is going to take a very long time. Rudkin goes, we might get a half decent manager from outside the bubble

Suspect the literal question in his head is about salvaging his reputation -

They won’t sack him because the appointment was heavily backed by Aiyawatt himself -

Edouard actually been really decent behind the scenes with it all. Felt let down by Cooper and some of the club are very apologetic about it -

Largely thanks to football, i have the following lined up March - Edinburgh (know it really well but this time staying in south of the city, with a day trip to Dundee) April - Stockholm (any advice appreciated here given cost - Vasa Museum already lined up) June - Berlin

Lost 5-2 yesterday to PSG at home

Step 3 are the best divisions in the country. Right sort of travel distances, decent crowds but still a semi pro attitude.

Beswick’s pulled in favours and having Caino at Loughborough Uni is one hell of a positive. That Kee has left a decent number at AP says a lot The way they press collective is superb. Strikers work their utter bollocks off. It’s a real decent story when consider what Khalsa and Anstey are paying out. Always thought Corby were problematic bunch of fans but yesterday rhey were fine. Management team in particular weren’t ranters or ravers.
-
Some people appreciate that if people are willing to pay £60 plus then it sets a benchmark for everyone to be paying £60 plus
-
Yep, very similar situations. Maddening that both on the same ownership watch as though we haven’t l went anything through our success
-
But those players aren’t going to improve because by large they wouldn’t be playing or be having 20 minutes here and there At best, we end up with a strong XV and not a lot of strength in depth
-
I haven’t said he identifies players. I am saying he should have enough knowledge to be aware if that player fits the profile of what we want. Therefore we don’t end up with this weird squad of players what fit one style of player but don’t fit another managers. Richard Hughes isn’t a scout, Michael Edwards isn’t a scout, Dan Ashworth isn’t a scout, loads more examples. They look at profile, they consider finance, they ring around other contacts to get a feel for the player and his attitude. There are lots of examples of DOF/Sporting Directors with scouting experience. Rudkin doesn’t have that but if he’s clever and has a good contacts book, he can as the examples above use that. LCFC as a structure is not ran in a way which is considered standard practice within football. The architect of that is Jon Rudkin. There is zero synergy between department to department. That’s exactly his role. Cynically I might suggest he keeps conceding certain roles to managers to ensure he has no responsibility and he has his fall guy in situ
-
Different people on that score
-
Not sure it would help. I honestly think you’d have at best five players get in the strongest XVs of the Top 14. At same time it would leave the Premiership so weak, that players aren’t developing strong enough
-
Tbh mu head is blown that we’ve waited until five days before the window shuts to attempt a far more complicated deal. Most PL clubs signing from South American clubs in January had the deals agreed outside of the window and needed to finalise in the first week of January
-
None. Project Reset hasn’t posted in eight days and there’s no shared information or organisation.

6-1 at Portsmouth. Early King Power decision making at its finest 1-0 at Plymouth is up there, them pair of plonkers at centre back same as yesterday

Plenty of players didn’t make it those clubs and ended up decent players. Just seems an off comment about him, although your point is valid -

Born in Derby, lived in London. Played for Juventus and a decent sized Ligue 1 club. Bit of a bizarre pop but agree with the sentiment
