  1. Could still get them from the club on the day I thought. What an end. When King’s header went in
  2. Example of you don’t need sold out ends etc. Best Leicester ends in my opinion have always been when there’s a bit of difficulty or a quick turnaround to get to the game.
  3. You know what’s a funny point. Remember Pearson rowing with the West Stand during a loss to Liverpool? Not a peep when we were getting relegated!
  4. Btw I think we have a whole generation of 25-40s who basically thought post 2016, I don't need football anymore. They would have seen the club drop to League 1 and then make the move up bit by bit. Once you lose your place in the ticket hierarchy of LCFC, that's it you've gone way down the list. We just don't have any transient nature to our support for a variety of reasons which means you'd get a group of people ready to give it full guns every game.
  5. I’ve felt a long time (Gillingham away confirmed it) our support goes out of habit because it’s what them and their friends do (that’s all demographics) rather than outright passion or love of the club and/or city. Btw older folk should not be singled out here with got a huge number of young generation what bounce around a concourse and then go mute in the ground. There’s very little subculture within our support as well - gentrified even.
  6. Two weeks ago I was in stadiums built in 2013 & 2012. Both had 28k and both were incredibly loud.
  7. Airfares are mad from there tho annoyingly and a change at Mannheim I think. There’s about four airports you could fly into but all are a drag of a connection
  8. Playoffs interest for Leics non-league STEP 3 Playoffs - Wed 30th Kettering v HARBOROUGH Telford v Halesowen If Harborough win, they will away regardless v Telford or Halesowen on Monday 5th May STEP 4 PLAYOFFS Tuesday 29th ANSTEY v Worcester Corby v Long Eaton Final will be Saturday 3rd May - if Corby win the other semi-final, Anstey will be away. STEP 5 PLAYOFFS UCL South Final - Saturday 3rd May - 3pm AYLESTONE PARK v Rugby Borough STEP 6 PLAYOFFS MFL Division One Final - Saturday 3rd May - 3pm LEICESTER ST ANDREWS v Coton Green
  9. Stayed in Petrovac when I went Montenegro - beautiful little ground just off the coast. They are likely to qualify for Conference League this season - no idea if they can play at home or have to go Podgorica.
  10. Reminds me of Playoff Final 96. Got off the bus and two blokes in Fez's & curled toe shoes with a Turkish flag for Muzzy. Halcyon days when football fans were witty and took the piss out of themselves.
  11. If you got it right, Ange has a bit of Nigel about him. Everyone just has to be on the same wavelength, mate
  12. Kaiserslautern with an extraordinary display at Betzeberg. It's been a ground long on my list to visit - just bit of a pain to connect from airports in the UK.
  13. Jock Wallace at Hampden vibes that. There's a tiny part of me considering going up Scotland on 10th May just cos I'm mad
  14. 1 team down, 2 teams up is the most likely format over a number of seasons to increase the league.
  15. Domestic unbeaten run. Lost to Bilbao & Milan amongst that. No doubting his performance though. It was tragic stuff there at the start of the season and a likely surpassing of Lazio is something.
  16. Tamworth as well. A lot of players critical of him
  17. Just finished a BBC series called Cover - the second series in particular on Agent Stake Knife in Northern Ireland working for the IRA but also the British Army. Mind blowing stuff
  18. Brady Hickey won’t be happy being called 31 🤣 That said Barwell taking some right stick about Ginnelly and his coach Andy something? (apparently bit of a bullshitter)
  19. A weekend where three of the four Leicester pro clubs win. Guess which one didn’t 🤣
  20. Of course the hilarious part of that is that Forest are a club defined that they won trophies in their history than say Leeds whose honours tally is poor in consideration
  21. Just asked the wife if we have a spare bedsheet
  22. Yep, only took no 8 and no 9 to do it properly
  23. Ahh that’s the Rake. Same story each year from there
  24. That was one of the lead reasons. What’s the point in going all the time. Particularly the daft kick off times for Wembley games too
  25. I hear this a lot with Man City. For me they don’t have as large of a fanbase and therefore when fans don’t want to pay stupid prices, they don’t have the ability to pick up the slack. A couple regular match attending Man City fans explained it well to me. They are becoming the most strongest fan base for fan issues alongside Liverpool
