  1. Nomads going at £160 for the season.
  2. Nuneaton fan owned club to be fair. Good knowing that money straight into the budget or paying the rent of Bedworth’s place
  3. Citing historical accuracy on a fictional story which includes references to gods & mystical characters such as a nymph & a cyclops whilst scholars/historians can’t agree if half the locations actually exist is a vibe
  4. Everyone should consider that this Hearts team will get better. With Bloom’s ownership, this is only just starting. And his ownership of Union SG suggests this will be sustained over time as well
  5. Yeah the 3up campaign took a hit
  6. Those clubs charging that as matchday ticket. St Andrews were £100 season ticket last season Harborough are £18 next season on match day. Sutton in National League are £175 for the season. Thats a team paying London wages which will finish mid table in a division above
  7. £300 for a Harborough season ticket You could watch Huddersfield for £250 next season
  8. Slightly away from the debate but I was amazed to see a young lad in a Leicester shirt the other week in Stockport. I saw as many kids wearing a Leicester shirt than City or Yanited. Mad
  9. They could have just fielded one of these legend sides from the elite clubs what do the rounds.
  10. The thing is half of it is brought on themselves. Word goes around Feb/March that the club have organised nothing for the players in a celebration. Club think hold up we’ve got to do something here. By the time, it’s finally confirmed it’s in the midst of a relegation battle and most just want time off from the club. If they’d announced March, they’d have at least 15k sales in my opinion. It’s just incredibly poor organisation and marketing. I’m feeling sorry for the players who’ve been part of the organisation and someone like Ranieri coming over.
  11. Why would you want to risk doing that? We did it with King and looked unfit throughout the season
  12. Because sadly I think at LCFC, the supporter has changed from the traditional profile. The days of a supporter who sees LCFC as this community for the city and the implications is dying out to a rather more corporate way of thinking. At LCFC we've had this transition on speed mode because of the success. The game's changed. And you have a few thousand left behind. This is the early 90s again when the PL wanted the sport cleaner. Thousands left back behind.
  13. Fuchs needs another season. He's came in at Newport and fire fought - his team were 45 minutes from relegation because he made a tactical error. You need to see him when he's had opportunity to run a pre-season, sign players and then take from 1 win in 3 towards 1 win in 2. He's had very low expectations at Newport and despite him completing their objective, Newport fans are hardly saying this bloke is superb.
  14. Often thought that this city does not have enough Vardy about. He should be to us what Maradona is to Naples
  15. The Manor/Stirrup Cup, Thurnby Lodge & respective Lounge Bars on Aylestone/Saffron Lane
  16. Places offer the chance to do the V02 Max at about £100 a pop if you fancy it.
  17. But they aren't. Most of their PMs are ex-Tories and most of their councillors are too.
  18. No doubt Reform will (and quite rightly for them) celebrate this. But interestingly under the numbers so far, their split of the vote has actually fell from last year's local elections. From 41% to 33%. You'd think Reform's strategists will be thinking carefully about this going forward.
  19. There's an operation underway in the city in regards to homelessness and drug abuse. Some of the business have been reporting real success in the last three weeks how it's notable reduced.
  20. Keeper’s Lodge up at Beaumont Leys Shopping Centre. Another remarkable place
  21. The Addies. I know lots who drink in there and it’s remarkable it’s still there but ****ing hell it’s dreadful inside. Similarly the Blackbird is a soulless pub of just sizzler nothing
  22. Mad and very sad for the victims, this bloke has been hoover up attention in the non league scene down south
  23. Rayo purely cos I’m a leftie
  24. The protests have been ongoing for 15 months. I haven’t seen anyone suggesting the owners would just drop out like that. I don’t think they have choosed to restructure at board level without the protests. The West Brom attendance in particular stung them. Wasn’t a great look. I look at comparable clubs what have made drops down to the third tier and now on an upward curve. Coventry, Sunderland and Derby, all of them required ownership change before they began to really succeed in return back to a level. Sad thing for me is comparing ourselves to those clubs. Because if I take the year I was born of 1988, I reckon we must be one of 5 clubs that has won every major domestic trophy within that period. The legacy of those years should be that this club is a firm top flight fixture in a city which is within 10 biggest of the country and has a huge catchment area. That nous and sustainable ambition can’t match the latter angers because of the impact it has on employment, economy and the city. Anyway I’ve rambled there but I needed to
