Whenever player talks about Dean Smith it always the response "great guy" never heard a bad word said about him, does certainly build a great relationship with players. Dean Smith I think seems to be enjoying his job in the states, I think in a interview I watched he liked the flexibility, as the MLS play mainly over the summer months and he then able to return home for the winter months. It maybe difficult to lure him away.
