He was our worst defender last year and that was playing alongside Vestergaard in the Championship. He’s muck. No body is buying him.
-
Really reeks of some mid level director desperately seeking approval from the boss. ‘Maybe if we release yet more King Power gear the boss will recognise me’. We have become a joke. LCFC not KPFC. Its about time those in charge remembered that.
-
Its just an unbiased assessment of the situation without my LCFC bias. We were honking to watch 90% of last season.

We were never going to be able to sign the players the manager wanted to implement his plan. The board have left us in such a mess that we have to sell before we can buy and we will prioritise getting back to what we had before strengthening. Also I dont know why people are having a meltdown about the manager leaving, if it wasn’t for other teams screwing up at the finish we would have very likely bottled a 17pt lead. When things looked bad last season it was very very Rodgersesque and that was in the League below. I liked Enzo but his flaws were exposed badly in the second half of the season and make no mistake with the squad, position and resources at our disposal we limped over the finish line, a few good results cant paper over that fact.

I think this has been triggered by Arteta making Arsenal competitive again and Bayern going for Kompany. Chelsea are so clueless they just looked for the next best former Pep assistant.
-
Never ever discount the stupidity of this club.
-
I’m not overly sad about this. Besides the last few games we have rarely looked good this season and as the season has worn on the managers flaws have become more apparent. No doubt in my mind he will fail at Chelsea but at least he’ll get a nice pay off.

If we go into the Premier League season with Vestergaard as first choice i’ll be extremely disappointed. Two new CBs are the highest priority.

Foxes Trust Reform - show your support!

I’m glad this is happening because the direction the club is going in it will soon be way too late to pull them back. There really needs to be some accountability, this isn’t Thailand where you don’t question the monopoly. A lot of people, fans included seem to have forgotten that the club represents the city of Leicester and the county of Leicestershire and not King Power Ltd. So count me in. -
Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'

This is the kind of head burying i’m on about. How many assets have we over paid for in fees and wages that have been allowed to walk away for free leaving us with huge losses? This has been happening since 2017 coincidently when Rudkin took on more responsibility. No accountability for 100s of millions lost. -
Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'

No we shouldnt but the future is very bleak because of mismanagement and the owners and fans are burying their heads in the sand over winning the second tier. We are not going to be able to compete for years to come and god knows where its going to land us and the ownership are getting away with it. Any other club would be up in arms about how we handled the psr stuff. -

This is the kind of content i live for -
I remember floating the idea at the start of the season that the club deliberately hid the finances from the manager and was mocked for it. Surprise surprise.
-
Letting the people that run the club off the hook too easily here. Their refusal to cooperate with the Prems PSR investigation is going to cost us heavily. Both Leagues will be looking to punish us with maximum effect so when we get relegated next season its not going to be a case of coming straight back up. Years of points deductions coming our way. So forgive me for not celebrating the absolute clown show that runs our club.
-
Losing nearly 100m a year is not a viable way to run a business.
-
No i’ll enjoy it then but hard to enjoy the fact we’ve gone back to where we should be in an incredibly more dire financial situation and the people who put us there are still running the show. With how much money we are spending and losing automatic promotion was a bare minimum. We aren’t some plucky underdog. We had the 8th biggest wage bill in the biggest league in the world. It’s shambolic we’ve had to spend a season slumming it down here.
-
Cant really celebrate this to be honest we should never have been down here and the mess the club has got into really puts a dampener on things. Next season is going to be vile.

Trusting Rudkin with investment has really worked out so far….

Southampton 5-0 post match mutual touching frisky party

What a time to put in the best performance of the season. No doubts in my mind now we are up. -
A good win but we are going to be battered every week next season.
-
Its going to happen.

Yep i remember you and col being in the trenches with me on that one. I’m actually ashamed of my initial assessment of him being an average Premier League defender. He needs dropping for good and you’re right we’d be far better off without him. I still cant get my head around it now. Conceded 6 goals and the CB was apparently the best player on the pitch…

I remember having to tell people to calm down when they were saying this guy was better than Fofana after being pasted by Spurs. I’m glad everyone is starting to see the light, he has and always will be garbage.

Until the everyday fan stops treating these people like walking gods nothing will change.
