I cant believe we still dont have a manager yet. Same mistakes happening again, we really could end up in League Two at this rate.

I’ve been saying this for ages. We just need to get Russell Martin over and done with. Its the last step before we can actually begin recovery as a club.

Its going to be Martin and it is in fact going to get worse. Will be interesting to see what happens when we are bottom half in November and the club cant afford to sack him because they’ve given him a stupid contract.

Rock bottom will be when we rack up 3 wins in a row at the start of next season and 90% of the fan base start worshipping KP again and calling anyone still questioning the ownership miserable.

Do people on here still defend this man? I remember taking pelters for years for daring to suggest hes a big problem at the club.

Nothing will change. We will sign mercenaries on huge contracts in the summer and slide even further into oblivion.

They will lock the first few games behind membership again btw.

It doesnt matter who the manager is or was the same outcome would have happened. When the inevitable documentary comes out in a few years when KP have disappeared we’ll find out truly how bad things are and how much the board meddled. Certain style of play must be adhered to no matter whos in charge. Same overpaid under performing players picked without question and if you dared question it you got frozen out (Ruud). Theres only one reason we’ve stuck doing the exact same thing, with the exact same players for two seasons straight despite everyone else seeing it failing. That reason is the spoilt nepo baby that now runs our club.

Controversial opinion but if we kept Ruud and gave him the summer we’d likely be sniffing around the play offs and would have developed some of our youth prospects. We wouldnt have had players like Winks and Vestergaard back near the team stinking things up thats for sure.

He can’t be here in the long run unfortunately. He is too happy to be in the job which means he will be open to influence from ‘the top’. The reason Maresca did so well was because of his strong personality. Every other manager since bar RvN has just been happy to be here and its showed.

I’m done. It’s over, the club is finished. We will be relegated and the liquidated within the next 2 years.

Every single thing ive said for the past 3-4 years about having this clowns remain in charge has come true, if an idiot like me could see this all coming a mile off then why cant they??? They should no longer be welcome at the ground or in our city.

Was just responding to what a lot of other posters were saying actually. But i’ll bite… Do you think Steve Cooper was renowned as a possession coach? Yet when he was here we literally played that stupid style.

I’m not so sure, first few games under Ruud we played with a press and then all of a sudden that just stopped and we went back to the possession based slop we are used too and went on an awful run.

Anyone thinking we will play front foot aggressive style football will be in for a shock. We might do for his first game but be under no illusion that he will be called into a meeting with Rudkin and Top and told under no circumstances to stop that nonsense.

We need to take a leaf out of Napoli fans books and start stealing his things and holding them hostage until he leaves.

I remember being mocked on here for saying we were skint during the window when we only signed Faes. Its taken a few years but i’m finally glad most peoples eyes are open.
