It really is yet some people are turning blind eyes to this. We are in huge trouble and somehow after 2 years and 86 games we are still sleepwalking towards oblivion.
-
‘Top’ thinks its going to work and the entire club is set up to say yes to the man so until that changes we are stuck in this never ending cycle of doom.
-
Oh of course. Just like Rodgers the bloke lives for the puff pieces in the press about ‘playing football the right way’.
-
They arent, they are advances on parachute payments to keep the club afloat because of cashflow issues. If they get a feeling the club cant honour our commitment to paying them back they will call it in.
-
The ‘back the lads’ lot will be throbbing over it.
-
Good bit of play, shows a route back into the game. Cant wait for 400 passes of nothingness as this fizzles out now.
-
People arent stupid, they can see with their eyes whats going on and happening but they will delude themselves otherwise because they think thats what being a good supporter is all about.
-
If we arent in contention for at least the play offs by November they wont have a choice. Macquire will fold the club if we dont get out of this division.
-
That isnt the King Power way though.
-
The only brightside is that when Martin inevitably fails, this is it for the King Power experiment. They’ve wanted this man for years because they thought he was Rodgers reborn. We just need to get through the next 3 months without ending up in a relegation fight and it will all finally be over.
-
Hi everyone. What are the excuses today? We are completely doomed if we keep this clown in charge.
-
Of course we are. Theres no way we are scoring more than 2 so i’m going to enjoy the nonsense the be patient crowd come out with today.
-
We are in serious danger of being relegated if we persist with this ‘style’ of play.

It’ll be fine if we win but if we draw or lose playing that horrid, mistake ridden, flaccid style of football then i imagine things will get ugly quickly. -
Those of us who saw the downfall early under Rodgers and tried to get ahead of it have unfortunately been vindicated 100x over since.
-
Exactly this. For years and years the fans have been an afterthought of this ownership because of how the vast majority deified it. If maybe we were quicker to hold them to some sort of standards we wouldnt be in half as much trouble as we are in now.

Can’t predict a starting 11 at the minute but i’m pretty sure we’ll labour to a very painful 1-0 win. -
No but if i consistently performed badly my customers wouldnt want to pay me and would tell me in no uncertain terms that my work performance isnt good enough and they would have every right too. I keep repeating myself but the wider context is that the entire future of this club hinges on these players performing and getting results. The time for patience is over, standards need to be high.

The fans booing will not have any impact on Louis Pages decision what so ever. Its a straight choice between Freefall League One Leicester City or Resurgent Premier League/Champions League Manchester United. Its a very easy decision as much as we dont want it to be. The excuses should stop being made, players should be able to handle booing, this attitude of treating them with kids gloves is nonsense. Any player worth their salt would want to prove the doubters wrong, if a little booing after 2 really bad seasons sends them into hiding then they are not the right player for the club.
-
I’m not having a go at anyone else. I’ve explained why i think being negatively vocal is acceptable considering the circumstances and i’ve been called all sorts of names. Support for 90 mins but at the end of 90 mins if its not good enough then its not the heinous crime others are making it out to be to boo and show dissatisfaction. I want nothing more for them to prove me wrong i’ve said it for the past 85 games and 2 seasons. However i’ve rarely been wrong with a shout when it comes to this team and as it stands if things dont improve we are in for another long hard season.
-
Just remember guys, if you think we’ve hit rock bottom always remember that rock bottom has a basement.
-
Well done you are part of the 10%. The other 90% have happily let this happen to the club and even fought their own to ensure the status quo remains. On the basis of majorities, we deserve it. This isnt game 1 of 46 it was game 85 of a dreadful run of performances and results. The clock doesnt reset this time around, we are in huge trouble. We dont have time to be patient or ‘back the lads’. They had that and wasted it. There was nothing in that performance to suggest things have improved or are going to improve, same story we’d seen 84 times prior.
-
Its like the reports from the away ends last season, fully grown men taking swings at kids or verbally abusing women because they weren't ‘Backing the lads’ or ‘showing the owners respect’. The truth is as a fanbase we deserve this, we are one of the worst in the country. No other club would have accepted whats happened to this club as readily as Leicester fans have. Even the ones that dont accept it have to curtail any protests because they are worried about alienating too many fans.
-
Bang on. The future of the club is at stake, we dont have time to be patient, if performances and results need to improve then they need to know about it asap. For far too long the players and managers have had a free and easy ride from the fans. The only argument people have back is a misguided sense of moral superiority. We arent in the Premier League now chaps, you thinking that you are better and loyal fans than anyone else isnt going to move the club up the leagues or get us out of financial disaster. At least showing disgruntlement at unacceptable performances might move the needle. Edit - the clown laugh reacting to every post proves my point. More concerned with inflating his sense of superiority rather than whats happening on the pitch or in the board room.
-
Theres been a drinking culture at the club for years. Even since before the Premier League win. I don’t mind players having a good time but the issue is far worse at Leicester than it is at other clubs of a comparable size. Not getting a handle on it one of the many reasons the club is in the mess it is in.
