I really hope that the board have been smart enough to put a clause in his contract that if they arent in x position after x amount of games they can terminate for a nominal fee. If we arent in the automatics after 10 games it will be abject failure imo.

Any prospective new owners would need to do extremely well and be successful because KPFC fans will be very passionate and vocal about any small misstep.

The movement wont matter unless we have players confident and good enough behind him to spot it, the majority of these players are being coached to ‘be patient’. The issue with styles and systems like this one is that it relies heavily on quality players exploiting lapses in concentration for the defending team, if you dont have a profile of player who can do that consistently enough this style doesnt work and will never work. Pep would never ever succeed at a team that doesnt have world class players for exactly this reason.
