What is with all these threads and comments from people suggesting we are promoted? We still have to win a game yet and it would not be that much of a shock if Preston put a spanner in the works. Can we please wait until we are actually promoted before all this talk.

Was only couple of weeks ago that we lost to Millwall and Plymouth. Preston doing a 1-0 number on us is not that far fetched. I would much prefer this to be taken out our hands if possible. Promotion guaranteed as soon as possible and then we can focus on the title.

That finish was a lot tidier than it first looked. Prime Vardy! Totally torn whether he should finish his career with us on a high like a Promotion OR do we give him 12 months more in what will be a very difficult season if we go up and have points deducted. We played with both of them against West Brom from the start and won. You can make changes to be more solid without sacrificing attack.

I think it will be imperative for Enzo to make changes earlier in the 2nd half. It just feels like Southampton can undo our back 4 with a moment of skill and speed. I think Enzo will need to be brave and bring on Hamza and Coady to sure us up the longer this goes on. It may sound negative, but the longer it stays at 1-0, the more vulnerable we will be and we have so often collapsed after conceding.

Still don't like how we look at the back, despite how bad Southampton have been. Feels like a ball over the top could undo Faes. Would like to see us look more solid 2nd half, as no doubt they will have their moments. If we can get a 2nd though, then I can see Southampton switching to conserving energy for play-offs.

Personally, would have kept Coady in there, as no doubt Southampton will cause us lots of problems at the back, and I just don't trust Faes. Hope we take our chances and Southampton start thinking about playoffs.

Unfortunately, totally agree. I can see this going down to the final game and I just hope we still have it in our hands by then and not relying on Ipswich or Leeds to drop points even if we win. Last minute winners by both are an almost certainty!
