Ayew is the kind of player you bring on to see out a one nil lead. Someone you can trust not to do anything stupid, hold up the ball and defend from the front. I think we're going to need that type of player this season. He can't be our only attacking singing through as he's just not creativity enough.

Surely step one of any transfer is making sure the players wants to come to the club ... How many times do you hear " X club has agreed terms with the player, now just need to agree a few". It's what agents are for. What the **** are we doing?

Personally don't see Brighton as a lesser club. You've taken the Leicester model of a few years ago and continue to be successful with it - replacing star assets and having a fantastic scouting network. Unfortunately for us, LCFC seems very broken at present with little strategy, a recruitment and financial plan that seems very unclear, and seemingly little actual football knowledge at the top of the hierarchy. We could learn a lot from Brighton

Just don't get how a punishment can be decided and dished out based on something that might happen. How did they decide to put us under a transfer ban when selling players and manager comp meant no breach of rules.
