I think we have to be careful not to have conformational bias. He has admitted we made mistakes. We all hate where we have to got, maybe he is genuine and want to rebuild the structure. But the proof at the minute is that its a mess and can't see him improving. All we can do is wait to see if the sporting director makes a difference. (well I know we can protest)

At least one thing I take from that interview he isn't 100% wedded to "pep" football. Lots of the other stuff its just sound bites.

I agree about Rowett better than Marti and is probably better than many of the options. Issue I have with the interim appointment. Is what happens if GR comes in we win and we do really well. We won't make the play offs because of the points thing but say he wins 10/11 out of the last 18. Does he then earn the right to keep the Job? That goes for any interim appointment. I listened to him talk yesterday on the 2nd teir pod, and he likes the bigger picture stuff too. I don't think he is the most inspiring appointment, but we could do a lot worse. He's pragmatic(so was cooper i know ), we haven't kept a clean sheet for half a season, so maybe that where we should look.
