Agree mostly, problem I didn’t think yesterday they weren’t trying it was just poor. Lack of structure and quality. Oxford had a plan and stuck to it. other times the effort thing you could level with them.

Said to some of my mates that are Derby and Stoke fans at the start of the season don’t be surprised if we got relegated. I think if the bias act now, get someone like Mowbray we might be fine. But if not again it’s like the Rodger’s season again.

I wonder if the interim manager point could be valid, that would mean they would be waiting for new structure to appoint properly. Or they aren’t going to sack him, which is what I suspect.

I think we naively tried to be a club that could be top 6 every year. Realistically we probably should’ve been a club that challenged near the top every 3/4 years. The years in between we sell players and rebuild. All too late now, and we can’t even challenge top 6 in the championship, how sad.

Very true this, doing the same thing that isn’t working(with worse parts) and expecting different results is crazy. That said I think we’ll win tomorrow with a big if magic from Abdul or Mavs.

A better manager would get better results with these players. No guarantees we appoint someone better. A good manager could help sort the whole club out. That said many people may have wanted Pearson out the season before we went up. When we had the bad run.

Yep agree. There are 100% issues at the club and we all know about that. That doesn't mean the manager shouldn't be sack for being pants.

We've had quite a bit of investment in the womens team over the transfer window. That investment is offset the PSR calculations for the mens team is it not? Or is i not quite that simple.

I'm going to the game and completely support the sentiment and will clap all people that do it. But my difficult as I'm going with my kids and not fair on them if I do the protest. Its so tough to feel guilty for going to a game. But I know thats not why the protest is being done, though doesn't help an overthinker.
