Blimey, enzo might last less time than we thought
-
heard this with spurs before as well. Basically we’ve been rolling over in negotiations and doing everything asked of us
-
that person said it was cooper
-
Is sarri still highly regarded then?

we do a lot of things right but also completely wrong. I think it wouldn’t take too much to turn us back into a progressive forward thinking club. I do truly believe that Rudkin is that main issue. He was in the right place, at the right time and is just the biggest chancer going. A forward thinking DOF could have taken us to the next level. I believe our success was in spite of him rather than because of his input… but heck the butterfly effect is real, whether his actions intentional or otherwise led to a title, I thank him. It’s just time to step up as the errors have crept in and we stopped getting away with them.

The Oscar Garcia thing looks all too set up doesn’t it. Don’t think he’d have taken the OH Leuven job based on the project, so it seems he likely was told it was his way in.

Danny ward……. oh wait

it’s remarkable how fickle football is. Had we lost to west brom or the other teams had not also collapsed, then we easily could have fluffed it. he would be lucky to still be at leicester, nevermind getting a big 6 job. Obviously overall, we were the best team. But what’s interesting at big clubs, is that expectations are so high that you don’t get forgiven for losing games like plymouth and millwall. If chelsea were to lose to ipswich and forest back to back he’d be close to getting fired. I do rate him, he does some things exceptionally and he does have a big club personality. But it could easily go the way of ange if teams suss out how to play against him.

Didn’t know you could use a space in a password?!? and why does a stuntman need a computer

It’s not cooper.

I think Fuchs is happy in the states

The only issue with RVN is that if he is even remotely successful with us, Man U will come get him. Possibly by january if they stick with eth for the start of the season:
-
Jose would scrap with rudkin within 2 weeks.
-
He would have absolutely hated VAR. Goal hangers nightmare
-
this cup is all about self harm. This is just so the clubs can play their reserves comfortably until the final.
-
@BSLBPod should use Leicester legend Vincent Kompany in the next ‘who are you’, that’ll catch a few out.
-
follow up to this.,, my whatsapp got banned for asking this question wtf

I’m so done with AI Couldn’t be more wrong on so many levels

Who do you want for next season in the PL
Lambert09 replied to Fightforever's topic in Transfer Talk
perhaps enzo will loan us a few? Wouldn’t be so mad if he let us have hutchinson and disasi, colwill or chalobah for the season -
yeah no rush to get back into football at all, He can sit pretty until the perfect gig lands at his feet. when you have a 5 year contract like he had, the club won’t want to pay it all in a lump sum as that would mess with ffp. So usually an agreement comes to pay it over those 5 years or until a new job is accepted. There was a very public look into jose’s when he left spurs. Him accepting the roma job technically lost him around 8m or so if i remember correctly. But Jose is all about the football.

The reason Potter seems unrealistic for me, is because if he accepts a job, I believe he stop’s receiving his pay off from Chelsea. Cant see someone giving that up for a relegation fight starting with minus points. We will get someone who either is on a big downward trajectory, with prem experience or someone who has never been tested in the prem before. Wouldn’t be surprised if after the success of enzo we look at someone’s number 2 and the obvious option would have been pep Lijnders, so the timing of him going to salzburg is a bit disappointing.
-
I’m actually not deflated. The money for enzo and his staff and avoiding what was likely a sizeable wage hike on promotion for enzo, may well mean we can keep hold of someone like kdh. it all comes down to whether or not we make a sensible appointment. Deflation will enter if we end up linked with people like marsch, smith and parker again

they were in a similar spiral to what we hit with Brendan. Seems like he took over solid foundations but slowly they faded away and the more influence he got over things the worse they got. Perhaps that’s a bit harsh and it was a combination of too much football and players being poached catching up with them. But he seemed unable to turn things around and they looked absolute garbage for most of the season. tbqh i’m even concerned with potter. The club was moving in ways that would make anyone look good. How would he fair with our disorganized chaos?

Personally i’d be throwing absolutely everything we could at Urs Fischer. things went stale after tremendous success, as they always do when you’ve been somewhere too long. He parted ways with Union Berlin after a winnless run so his stock dropped but after gaining promotion he lead them to europe. He is also clearly keen to build a project, lots of interest in him but he stayed with union all that time. If he fancied a job in england he’d be so good

haha sorry wasn’t calling you out, just adding to your conversation as you’d already commented
