He’s got zero experience and there is nothing to suggest he would transition into the manager role as an ex player any different to Ruud. Countless managers have shown across the PL recently that having a green ex-player that ‘gets the club’ is meaningless compared to a decent, proven, manager that has earns their stripes in lower and foreign leagues.
