He's not been great over these two legs but I still really think we should go after Richard Kone. A proper pain in the arse to play against.
-
Sounds like the club are putting a flag on every seat.

The reason for the lack of a consistently good atmosphere in most English grounds is because of the way clubs push out vibrant local people with deep rooted love for their Club for wealthier tourists who couldn't give a **** outside of wanting 90 minutes worth of entertainment. It's not because English people don't want megaphones, drums and elaborate tifos.
-
Who cares?

England isn't Europe though. England has it's own rich fan culture that is dying out due to extremely high ticket pricing and the constant moving of fixtures for TV. It doesn't need to pretend it's something it's not to copy mainland Europe. Big debate about it all occurred when Villa played PSG recently. PSG fans were chanting throughout the game, all very organised and led by people with their back to the pitch to coordinate every chant. You could hear them constantly through the game and very clearly. Then the Villa fans were completely engaged during the match, roaring their team into every tackle, shot and near miss. Felt like their fans in the Holte End were sucking the ball into the net. For me, there's only one winner.

Yeah I agree 100%. But isn't that tweet talking about where tifos are printed?
-
I don't have any issues with tifos that are "bought" as such. So long as they show the message the fans want it to say and it's paid for by the fans. They're expensive though. Cheaper to make it yourself.

Is that tweet for or against the Sunderland tifo?
-
It is, yeah.

Vardy deserves a lap of honour. The rest of the squad should **** off as soon as the final whistle is blown.
-
The squad will probably do a lap of honour and my head will fall off at the amount of people that will clap them.
-
It rankles that the rest of the squad basically get away with the dressing down they deserve from the fans.
-
Completely disagree with this. When a defensive line is pushed up to the point a blatant offside like this occurs, that defensive line has to sprint back to their own goal and make potentially goal-saving lunges to the ball. It clearly is different to normal play.
-
When it's blatant like that there is no reason to wait. Surely its common sense to risk the odd howler than risk the odd injury occurring from needless play?

We've been linked with Kota Takai. Massive centre half from the J League. Was the league's young player of the year. -

Game on. By the way, anyone claiming we're going to go straight through to League One should watch this game. Supposedly the 4th and 5th best teams in the Championship. Standard is diabolical. -
Chelsea's fixtures in this season's conference league; Servette (H) Servette (A) Gent (H) Panathanaikos (A) Noah (H) Heidenheim (A) Astana (A) Shamrock Rovers (H) Copenhagen (A) Copenhagen (H) Legia Warsaw (A) Legia Warsaw (H) Djurgarden (A) Djurgarden (H) Betis (N) It's a wank competition.

Forest fans lapping it up underneath that tweet Rest of the footballing world either laughing or showing absolute contempt. Can't wait for it to blow up over there. Only a matter of time.

Surely nobody believes that. He's a petulant child and threw his toys out of his pram. Nothing more, nothing less. "When he saw our player clearly in discomfort, struggling through visible pain, it became increasingly difficult for him to stay on the sidelines". This bloke is a genuine mob boss by the way. He's probably seen all kinds of things and not blinked an eye.
-
Oh no, but when did that ever stop us?!

A real shame but no great shock. UFS have (rightly) gone after the man baby in the last 2/3 months. No surprise that he’ll make sure UFS voices are diminished as much as possible. It’s just more of the same from KPFC. All about what looks good on TV cameras. An obvious PR win was to let UFS manage it. Would likely relieve tensions between supporters and club execs too.

I think it's quite clear that Cooper was a long way down the list of managers we wanted. He was probably not even on it at first.
-
I think Dyche's style of play and transfer choices are more of a product of the environments he has managed in as opposed to what he's wanted. I also think views on his style of play are massively exaggerated.
