It hit me yesterday that this group of players have essentially stuck their middle finger up to the players that paved their way for the title winners. Those that dug us out of League 1 and The Championship in the early 2010s. The likes of Jack Hobbs, Lloyd Dyer, Matty Fryatt, Ritchie Wellens, Alex Tunchev, Steve Howard, Sol Bamba, Paul Gallagher, Martyn Waghorn etc. None of those players got to the Premier League with us but were all so important in reshaping the club and pushing us in the right direction. We essentially need to pray that we can find these types of characters again. We're right back to square 1.

Obviously full of ability. Needs a season scoring/assisting shit loads for an U21 team as opposed to sitting on the bench.

I'd imagine it'll be another summer of selling anyone with any semblance of quality and refusing offers for muck like Luke Thomas or Hamza Choudhury. The only think exciting me for next season is that the likes of Alves, Braybrooke, Aluko, Gray, Evans and Monga should all have a big part to play (assuming we're not gonna sell them all too). Would be nice to build a proper spine of Leicester lads.

I knew they'd be in trouble when they announced Maddison as their vice captain. That sort of character just isn't setting or maintaining standards. Wouldn't be in the top 20 picks at a serious club like Man City.

They are just a better version of what we are now. At least they do still have players with individual quality. We've only got the occasional Fatawu screamer or an injury prone Jordan James.

They just look like we did in 22/23. Almost like they are hoping someone will be worse than them.

Spurs look like a side without an identity. Probably not a surprise because they went from Ange to Frank to Tudor to De Zerbi but they look like us where there are no patterns of play or clear targets in the game. They look like team relying on individual quality. They're exactly like us.

Shortlisted for the Championship Apprentice of the Season. Alongside Leo Pecover (Bristol City) and Sheldon Kendall (Millwall). He's younger than the other two and has played about 10x more minutes so I'm sure he's quite likely to win.
