If we aren't able to replace him then I do worry. I don't think we ever really played that well without him outside of 60 minutes at Elland Road. When he's been on his game we have generally been pretty unstoppable. The two Southampton games in particular.

They've been shit this calendar year.

I doubt the club would have had an issue clearing the pitch of supporters if they wanted to.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
AKCJ replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Sell your best players on the cheap so the big six can improve. It's all it's about. -
I don't have a problem with family and friends of players/coaches/staff being involved to be honest. I do have a problem with how anti-fun Leicester are on days like this and how they'll try to make our experience worse in order to please non-Leicester fans. Not sure why a small army was deployed to prevent a pitch invasion. Look at the scenes at Portman Road. We're seemingly not allowed to have that.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'

The fact Forest have been deducted points for making sure they get a good deal on their most valuable asset shows how much of a farce these so-called Profit and Sustainability rules are. They need binning and an independent regulator needs to be brought in. These rules are pathetic. -
I do think we'll be in a relegation scrap but I genuinely think we'll score more points than Forest, Everton, Brentford, Ipswich and the play-off winner. To be honest, I would also fancy us bettering clubs like Wolves, Fulham and Bournemouth. The trouble will be how many points will the Premier League knock off. 6 or fewer and I think we stay up. More than that and I think it'll be a tough ask. I think the Premier League is loaded with some absolutely honking teams in some right states these days. The fact we very nearly stayed up in 22/23 shows that.

I think we'll be fine if we maintain a positive atmosphere. We're doomed if the fans/board/playing staff/coaching staff are against each other like we were between 2021 and 2023. A good summer is vital. Bring in a few quality additions that can bolster our squad. Keep hold of the likes of KDH, Ricardo and Fatawu. I think we could really do with finally signing a good striker though. Someone who can get us 10 goals.

Not really got a bad word to say about him. Hope he enjoys success elsewhere. Shame it never properly worked out for him here.

MC is hard work isnt he.

He's very similar to Saka. He broke through at Arsenal as a wing back.

I genuinely don't think I've had a steward speak to me without me approaching them since they introduced the automated turnstiles.

2024/25 Season Tickets: Renewal Dates & Prices Confirmed

25th minute tomorrow lads and lasses. Don't forget! -
Odegaard is probably the best number 10 in world football at the moment and i'd bet Vestergaard to beat him in a 100m sprint.
-
People will say the same about Iheanacho who is definitely a Premier League level player. Sometimes when you're pushing for something important you don't need players out of contract who have their eyes elsewhere. I'm sure both Iheanacho and O'Hare will perform better for their new clubs than they have for their current ones.

Pandemonium when the 5th went in against Southampton. Think everyone in the stadium wanted that goal. Proper throwback to the Claudio era of electric counter attacking football.
-
Some absolute belters in here. Scorer of great goals. That volley against Blackpool is superb on his left foot. In the net before players know he's hit it.

Three stages of a Maddison season. Unplayable. Unavailable. Unnoticeable.

Quite obviously made by some 13 year old

I would have thought that the buck stops with Susan as CEO? If not Anthony Munday as Operations Director.

I see the club are already trying to bury this news. -
Considering how easy it is to design a good shirt a lot of these fashion brands really do not get it.

Why is the club desperate to tarnish me with the same brush as the supposed hooligans that are causing them so much bother? I have never once sold my ticket on to anybody. I have never once given my ticket to someone I do not trust completely. I could count on one hand the number of times my seat has been empty as a result of me not being able to attend games. I don't know who they think they're fooling with some of their reasoning. It's blatant that they want fans to use the resale platform instead of leaving the seat free. They want every last penny out of fans and I'm sick and tired of it. We already pay a shed load to follow this club. Their reasoning behind this farcical change is ridiculous. 1. Admit supporters more efficiently into the stadium on matchdays; I would pay £25 for someone at the club to explain this one to me with a straight face. I'd then like to see their face at the 2.55pm on the first day of the season at the KP. 2. Ensure tickets remain in the hands of supporters that seek to access them through legitimate Club channels; Is the £50 a month not legitimate then? 3. Combat ticket touting and the unauthorised transfer of tickets through other means; No other club seems to have this problem or indeed care. Because they actually value season ticket holders over the money they bring in. 4. Identify all supporters in the stadium and tackle anti-social behaviour; Is this not the point of CCTV and stewards? What is the club paying for? 5. Take further steps towards offsetting our environmental impact. Arguably the biggest outright lie Leicester City Football Club has ever told.

Probably Sunday if they're doing one. I doubt it'll be like the Premier League one. It wouldn't surprise me if they finish at the Town Hall again.
