I think my last memory of him was constantly spraying passes out of touch... I said before he’d work well again with N’Didi but not bothered i think Silva is just as mobile around the pitch and genrally a better footballer

I hope you are right... I just cannot see us getting anything in our first 2 games which set's him up for immediate pressure. Don't see him turning it around if that happens.

I’m pessimistic about our chances when the end of the season was dreadful, shipped loads of goals, not enough players coming in, best player has left and rumours more might go. I cannot see us getting a point from Utd or Wolves (who are high, we are polar opposite)... we won’t go down (I hope) as after 5-6 games Puel will get sacked... and we’ll get a new manager bounce etc. And hopefully do enough. But people saying top 8... cloud cuckoo
