    Ukraine

Russia holding nuclear weapons has basically the only thing that has stopped them being attacked by other countries after the invasion. Interestingly, I did read a response yesterday stating that Russia would size assets of non friendly countries, is the EU tried to use the frozen Russian assets to rebuild Ukraine.
  2. The tweet is still active, if you go on the application formerly known as Twitter, you will find it quite easily, as people are replying with somewhat angry remarks. Even more bizarre that his apology on iPhone notes is just above it. Whichever way you want to cut it, he’s a professional and will most likely have clauses within his contract and also sponsors like Adidas, on how he interacts with the public, use of social media etc, whatever your opinion on a controversial subject is, If we, or the FA don’t act, can you imagine how it looks if our sponsors respond?
  3. Just on vaping, I detest the sweet smell of things. It makes me feel sick.
  4. Comedy is so speculative. Like I posted earlier, Friends looked about as funny as applying veet to your manhood in my opinion. I’d rather watch things like the IT crowd, Inbetweeners, Clarksons Farm, Gavin and Stacey, Ted Lasso, or if you really want something not as well known, then White Gold. The issue being, other than Jeremy’s Diddly Squat farm, I’ve run out of stuff to watch. In other news, I think Mbappe might struggle in the Premier League.
  5. At this point, I think it’s fair to assume, we will never really have the answers to this.
  6. I did think this as well. Like you mentioned, more-so in a time when people have teams to write for them.
  7. Bristol have had more injuries than we ever had.
  8. The injuries bit doesn’t fit the narrative with the messiah that is Dave Rennie.
  9. Simply because the way football is evolving, 92 clubs is too many to keep afloat, chasing the dream of top tier football / premier league. You’ve only got to look at how many are on the breadline to see the model isn’t sustainable. We are quite a small island really and when you take take a snapshot of areas, I don’t see how some clubs survive without having owners pump money in. A rule which is basically being stopped by the stupid FFP regulations. If you look at London alone, we have Arsenal, Tottenham, Brentford, Fulham, West Ham, Chelsea and Palace in the Premier League, then Watford, Millwall and QPR in the Championship.
  10. I think I’m the only person alive that has never seen a semi full episode. My wife watched clips and I thought it looked as funny as rubbing salt into a paper cut.
  11. It’s a fast paced, impact sport ultimately.
  12. It’s an option, however it’s the speed they move out. I haven’t played Ice Hockey for years and never played at that level, however I wonder if it wouldn’t potentially cause more obstruction. I was looking this morning and this isn’t the first time this has occurred sadly.
  13. It’s difficult to do though, as if you’ve seen it, it could be anyone ice skating. It’s just a tragic, freak accident.
  14. It would have helped his cause, if he didn’t boot everything out of play like he was spot betting.
  15. A mix bag from the experts and not so much experts.
  16. Difficult to say that, when professionals are stating the same. I thought it was fairly equal having watched it back. Ngannou did nothing for the past two rounds really. It’s marginal but I still feel he edged it.
  17. It looks like a Sheffield player slipped and kicked him in the throat as they collided. You can tell it’s bad immediately, due to the sheer amount of blood. RIP Adam.
  18. Do we have a timeframe for when this will be sorted? It feels like it’s dragged on forever.
  19. Ngannou is a freaky powerhouse. Fury struggled as he couldn’t adopt his usual tactics. Looking at that, I still think he beats Uysk when he’s in better shape. Uysk doesn’t have that knockout power that Ngannou has. Wilder Vs Ngannou anyone?
  20. Bizarrely, I’d look to see more of Ngannou, rather than Fury.
  21. That’s it confirmed in Saudi then, Fury v Uysk. It’s got robbery written all over it.
  22. That’s more of a robbery than the draw Fury got against Wilder.
  23. Fury …… “he’s given me one of the toughest fights in the past 10 years”. Thats because you lost Tyson.
