Bloody jammy Forest as per. Their team of FFP-smashing mercenaries not able to beat Bristol City over 210+ mins of football. Pathetic.

We don’t need positivity. Everything is fine anyway. Just because some Brexit-voting old gits don’t understand possession football and some immature babies have pissed their pants because we didn’t sign some Italian that nobody had heard of four weeks ago, it doesn’t mean there’s anything to be remotely concerned about.

We are absolutely fine.

Jesus frigging Christ, I forgot how mental this place gets on deadline day. People invent entirely fictional scenarios in their minds, then get angry about them!

This guy has gone to Stoke.

What do you think they should ask them? It’s the club’s own media, they’re not exactly going to ask them hard hitting questions.

Everyone bangs on about him being slow; I don’t think he is. The bigger players always look slow even when they’re covering a lot of ground. I’d be interested to see the actual stats. I just keeping thinking back to when we had Morgan and Wasyl as a CB pairing and we always deemed them dangerously slow, yet the facts told us they were two of the fastest sprinters in the league.

This is it in a nutshell. Very astute observation. And I don’t really understand why people don’t find it exciting to watch. I’m very sorry to stereotype, but it tends to be the older generation who moan, who think that attacking football means blasting it forward at the first opportunity. What is even more frustrating about this is the way that while people are - without explicitly saying it - lamenting the passing of the Ranieri counter attack, but based on an incomplete memory of what it was actually like to watch. For a start, we won the league with like 25% possession. So we spent 75% of the game just keeping our shape and - essentially - parking the bus. Secondly, even when we did have possession, people only remember Mahrez’s dribbles and Vardy’s insane pace chasing down through balls. They forget the endless passing around the back between Huth, Morgan, Drinkwater and Kante that was necessary to draw the opponent out and create space for the counter attack.

It’s true. About 50% of our fans seem to think we should be playing like we’re Wimbledon of 1994. Maresca’s system of play has been PROVEN to work, yet we have to put up with boneheads shouting “FORWARDS! QUICKER! GET ON WITH IT!” The way we play is not too dissimilar to the way most teams play these days. I would suggest that if you don’t like football anymore, don’t bother watching it, because, your moaning is really annoying.

Not really, because what else can we buy with that? Money is no good sat in the bank. We’re substantially better off with one of the league‘s best players.

FA Cup 5th Round Draw - Bournemouth Away.

Maidstone please. Or maybe the Forest. We’d definitely beat those absolute jokers. -
Interesting. The Mercury was saying how Maresca wanted some physical presence in midfield now Casadei is gone and Ndidi is injured, and he tried out two of our bigger young lads, Cover and Raikhy.

LCFC Vs. Birmingham City (3-0 W) Post Match Thread

Nelson is seriously, seriously good. He reminds me of John Stones. Stolarczyk is a superb no. 2 I actually thought Brandon Cover looked half decent Akgün takes it round players like they’re not there. I think he’s a player. Choudhury had a shambolic first half but picked it up in the second I don’t think Marçal contributed much Justin and Ricardo changed the game- 179 replies

Having said that, the current bottom three are so unbelievably weak, I can half imagine the jammy, cheating twats getting away with it.

I agree; just don’t bother. If an insurance company has decided a car isn’t worth repairing, it’s usually for good reason.

I liked Chez. Shame. Best of luck.
