  1. People keep saying the current player don't care, are over paid and not good enough. If we can get the right technical director, you can rebuild on a modest budget. What the alternative say where we are, with the same bunch? I better than having this lot contract for another 2-3 years. Look at Sunderland how fast thing can change.

  21. I agree to some extent, but we have hired lots of talented people before.
  22. Its clear he needs help, we need a good we need a good CEO, who can bring in a good commercial Director sort out the foundations. Bring in the right Technical Director, who can bring in the right manager. I'd like new owner but he clearly isn’t selling, or sacking Rudkin. So the next best thing is to sort those key roles.
