That's where I have a little issue with you take that promotion doesn't matter. How many of our talent do we lose if we don't go up, Fatawu, Monga? I think it does matter, but shouldn't be achieved at the risk of the club long term health. If we can do it whilst installing a culture, a style of play, blooding the youth and chopping the dead wood, it should still be our target.
