James, Ricardo, Winks and Daka on we need players on the pitch who can put their foot on the ball. Daka to run in behind

No chance Selles survives this

Hahaha the dude is 10 seconds in the future

Wout Faes (Besiktas interest, Fabrizio Romano)

A good option to have a this level assuming he hasn’t moved. I’m sure his pride has taken a bit of a hit though as seemingly nobody wants him -

I think he bagged a brace in that game (one deflected)
-
is this one you approve of Ric?
-
I think a compromise can be reached. I'm also betting that there are other clubs across Europe who are desperate for a new striker and if they miss their top targets then they may come in to do a quick deal. £6m-£8m + future sell-on should be enough

I wonder if this will impact the Carranza deal?
-
As long as the other is a central, creative player then yes I’d agree
-
We would still need a central creative force in midfield on top of signing JJ. he brings the energy to win the ball back, drive forward and give the ball to the creative element. Will likely chip in with 6-10 goals too over the course of a season

I’d kill for those type of stats from Winks, Skipp and Soumare lol! but get your point

Loan!? Hmmmm…the deal is getting worse every time there’s and update, a bit like it did with Mads -
Provides drive and a regular goal threat from midfield

Julián Carranza (joined on loan, official)

It seems like this is close to a done deal and a loan with option (which is perfect, as low risk!). Let’s not moan about it because of his goal record at Feyenoord where he’s been 3rd choice striker at best. If you look at his MLS highlights he knows where the back of the net is and by all accounts he’s a pressing monster which is what we require in this system. who says he is the only striker we are targeting. If we can somehow grab a big physical (and mobile) striker too then we are set (Kone would have been great, let’s see if Leeds will loan us Piroe) -
Victor Kristiansen (an option for Forest, Percy.)

When you look at what Leif Davis offers at Ipswich, neither LT or VK offer anything like that level of output. im sure we can pick up a player with similar output but not unless we shift VK -
Didn’t Marti make some kind of cryptic comment the other day along the lines of ‘I’m sure the fans will be happy by the time the window has closed’ if I didnt just imagine that then hopefully you are right . I think we’ll look to bring in 2-3 loans personally
-
Yeah, can’t wait to see the quotes tomorrow morning from Dorsett on Sky Sports News “I’m told that Leicester’s business is done for the window bar a couple of young players leaving the club on loan”
-
I don’t know why this thread is still open. He’s hardly going to leave Burnley on a free to join us on probably less money and in the same league he just left.

Totally agree. However in the Championship we might just get away with it -
Julián Carranza (joined on loan, official)

If it’s a loan then I’m guessing it’ll be a minimal outlay…probably worth a shot his MLS highlight reel shows he knows where the net is however a lot of the goals were after nice through balls…so we either have to keep BEK or get in a creative AM -
