I'm not sure why Tuchel thought two playing two horribly out of form 10s against a back 3 was a good plan. They also seem allergic to playing long or direct balls. It's not a crime to play it long every now and again. The Japanese back 3 weren't stretched once all game. Also, Elliott Anderson played like what he is, a decent Premier League player, not some Pirlo regen like the media make out. Same with Garner - Tuchel calling him a mini Valverde was ridiculous. Valverde is world class, Garner is a reasonable footballer.
