Mate at work is a Forest fan. Absolutely loves Cooper. His strengths are pulling a team together and creating a strong ethos. Maybe that's what we need right now. I was a bit underwhelmed when he was first mentioned, but I'm starting to warm to the idea a little bit more. The fact Forest fans hold him in such high regard and don't want him to come to us is hopefully a good sign.

Do we think Moyes might fulfil a Puel-style transitional role? A steady hand to oversee a bit of an overhaul before someone else comes in? For all of his faults, Puel left us in a much better place than when he arrived

Sunak was predictably woeful, but Starmer has missed an open goal, there. You need more than to just point out how shit the opposition are - everyone knows that already. He's just so woolly about everything.

What nationality do we think Vincenzo Italiano is?

We might be desperate, but we're not that desperate.

Bit ironic that City are claiming the rules are anti-competitive when they've won 4 titles in a row and 6 of the last 8. -

https://archive.ph/jFPyR This is potentially massive for the EPL. This is what happens when you swim with piranhas. -
Chatting to a Forest fan at work. Apparently, all the talk among their fans (including their ITKs) is that Cooper is in talks with us. FWIW he's gutted, still loves Cooper.

Group C: Slovenia, Denmark, Serbia, England

From what I've seen so far, I don't think a few of the players did either -
Indifferent, I'd imagine
-
I know it's fashionable to knock a player we're linked to straight away, but I've seen this guy play a few times and it's an absolute no from me. He's just not very good imho

FWIW I don't think it will be Cooper. Just doesn't seem like someone our board would go for. Our managerial appointments are often quite unexpected/ left-field options: Ranieri, Puel, Maresca, even Rodgers. Would be amazed if they give it to some geezer down the road.
-
Surprised anyone would turn their nose up at Thomas Frank. Done a brilliant job at Brentford. Probs too good for us. Cooper on the hand...not for me. A manager sacked by our local rivals, no thanks.
-
If he thinks we're a shitshow behind the scenes....good luck at Chelsea, Enzo. Having a billionaire who has no idea what he's doing in charge doesn't make you a well-run club. Anyway, thanks for the promotion. The fact that he's jumped ship at the first opportunity suggests we're probably better off without him. A manager who's heart is clearly no longer in it is better off gone.

BBC News - Rob Burrow: Leeds Rhinos announce death of rugby league star - BBC Sport https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-league/articles/c2qqwvwzp5zo I'm genuinely so saddened by this. Did my degree in Leeds. Knew nothing about league. But went to a game at Headingley and fell in with the game- largely because of this guy.

Not long to go now, people. Going to be a Tory bonfire on the 4th of July and I can't ****ing wait. It's going to be a glorious day

Totally agree. If you look at his Tweets, they're laughably vague. He's basically taken the old Club Call format from back in the day and digitised it. Mostly fleecing young kids who possibly don't know any better.
-
Absolutely. Constant stream of BS to keep his Patreon going. Why plenty of mugs sign-up for this, I don't know

Is that the guy who looks like a young Rick Wakeman?

Fans are treated appallingly in this country. Fan culture has been pretty much completely erased. Unfortunately, English fans have just accepted it. Wolves fans will end up accepting this as would Leicester, Villa, West Brom fans (whoever). Fans abroad just wouldn't put up with this, they actually have the balls to boycott games and make life difficult for club owners. We just seem to bend over and ask for more punishment. -
