Exactly this. They need to move Rudkin away from the footballing side and get a new fresh face in. I'd be happy with Rohl but not with the structure above. It's an advantage that he's worked with Glover before, but we need a Pearson style structure change in the coaching, analysis and fitness side. But above that needs a fresh and talented face in there to drive a new era for the club. But alas I feel that is a pipedream

There's no point looking into managers. Our twits at the top can't do that. They will only be able to see what's at the end of their nose. They won't have the foresight to look beyond the usual candidates, never have been able to think outside the box. I have a horrid feeling it'll be Ruud next season, I really do think our board at that inept. I keep saying it, but before the manager, we need a refresh in the running of the footballing side at board level. New ideas that'll bring in a plan, a strategy for the now and the future. Then we can go after managers and sell our new vision to them and have that alignment Rodgers, Enzo and Ruud have talked about. Not make it up on a whim as they do now. Big decisions need to be made and now! The dithering is worrying me that Ruud will be here next season and we'll be struggling in the championship and he'll be sacked, and the cycle of ineptitude continues.

Cooper was lucky to get 2 wins and we should have lost both, preseason was awful and we looked terrible then, he left out Fatawu and Ricardo two of our best players, we leaked goals down the right as JJ was asked to be a RB and RW and ARW all at the same time. The lack of communication, and the high level of disrespect shown towards fans is a disgrace. This club is falling to bits and they are sitting on their hands licking custard. What are you doing?! They can't even acknowledge relegation or show any signs of wanting to sort this out. It's pathetic.
