I do think that the PL and the EFL are causing massive gaps in football. Championship and Premier league gap has never been bigger, due to PSR. We didn't want a super league, but they are doing a great job of making the big clubs not suffer as much as the rest, while no one else can compete because they can't spend. Chelsea can sell hotels, training grounds to themselves, Man Utd get bigger COVID payments than anyone else and Man city have 115 charges and not a thing has been done. Where as Everton, Forest, us (our own fault) and others get punished as we are lower in the league. Football is a broken system.

I like him. He comes across extremely well on interviews. Very mature and seems very level headed lad. I want him to be a success, and I think he'll do a job for us in the championship but I fear he lacks the quality for much more. But happy to be proven wrong. But a very likeable lad that always works hard and I want him here next season.
