Nothing changes as nothing will/was going to happen. It's bizarre that we didn't look at another loan as soon as Caranza had gone or the injury. These players need to be reminded why they are a professional footballer and not a wet soggy gherkin. Sod the fancy passing style just get the team doing the basics and get them running and we should start to pick up points. Then the summer needs a clear plan from the off, implemented quickly and efficiently with all the ground work already done, as we will need an entire team at this rate.

He shouldn't have been taking them, too much pressure for the lad. It should have been the to a more experienced player I thought, who he again is poor management from Farti face. He was always moving and did some nice stuff, but his inexperience did show from time to time, which is going to happen this early in his career, so I'm not going to judge too harshly. He had a muppet next to him which didn't help either.

3 extremely poor manager choices in a row, and the DoF is still in place. Marti needs to go. This team is inept. It's clear from the Oxford game that technical ability, we had the better team, but this team is dreadful. No leadership, no ideas, we look so poorly coached it's unreal, mentally and physically weak. Do they do anything in training?!!! We are a club on complete downfall. That is on the DoF for employing awful managers, signing off awful players, agreeing stupid contracts for players; yet he's still in post. This isn't a new problem it's been YEARS!!!!!! Binning Marti is completely the right decision, but I have no trust at all that these incompetent fools can get a manager in to at least stabilise us let alone be the next Pearson. We are stuck in a horrid spiral until a time when the incompetent fool Rudkin is gone at the very minimum. I just don't see that happening while the failing KP is here. Root cause of the issue isn't just the manager.
