  1. Thank you for this
  2. Thanks for the reply. There really isn't anything consciously that I feel anxious about..I recently turned 40 and previously I had a plan that at 40 I would have children, kids etc but this hasn't panned out as of yet. It could be something like that subconsciously I guess. How do you feel now?
  3. Anyone have trouble sleeping? I've been struggling for a couple of weeks now and had a panic attack at work last Thursday that felt like a heart attack (Dr confirmed it was a panic attack after being taken to A&E. I've never suffered from anything like this before but I feel anxious during the day because I'm not getting enough sleep, but do not feel tired enough to go to sleep at night! Been to the GP who took some more blood tests.. all very strange. Persevering with meditation and relaxation and also changed my diet.
  4. At least we can have a local Derby when Forest come up!
  5. Their number 8 got a nasty injury near the end! Be surprised if he hasn't broken his leg.
  6. Everton will stop up unfortunately.
  7. I'd be sad if Derby went under
  8. Newcastle will stay up unfortuantely. They might finish above us!!
  9. That's the first interview i've heard where i've actually liked what he's said. Big changes needed.
  10. The video sounds horrific. If it is really him, then he sounds a right nasty piece of s*it.

  12. That's just mental!
  13. Very harsh to want him out at the moment. So long as the effort and commitment is still there from the players, I am happy keeping him. It's just a very very tricky period at the moment. We almost need to write this season off and go with fresh impetus next season.
  14. Things like this help fuel the conspiracy doesn't it? The amount of nonsense modelling that has proved to be an absolute mile away from actuality, the constant fear mongering, the lies from Parliament and the complete disregard for their own rules! Makes me quite angry and makes people question everything.
  15. Aubamyang, Coulibaly and Lemina also with heart problems I read.
  16. I feel it's the start of a very slippery slope that we are on. Try to project 10/15 years from now and see what other measures are implemented by 'the powers that be' in the name of safety. It may only seem like an anxious vaccine passport to begin with but it's frightening where it can lead to in 10, 20, 30 years time. Once control/power is taken from an authority, it is never given back. Respect your view though.
  17. I think it comes down to peoples experiences. I have 2 friends that are boostered up and have come down with it over christmas and and are quite ill (head aches, palpitations, no energy). Then my next door neighbour has just tested positive with a lateral flow who is unvaccinated (albeit younger) and has no symtoms whatsoever!
  18. I just watched BBC's adaptation of Sally Rooney's 'Normal People' after recenly reading the book. Has anybody seen it? Sublime piece of writing. I'm an emotional wreck!
  19. Definitely agree with your 3rd point. My neice had pcr test a week ago and she still hasn't got the result.. meanwhile she's had to go to school still!
  20. @Line-X Forgive me for my basic understanding of science but i have a hypothetical question. If everyone in the entire world went into quarantine/lockdown for 3 or 4 weeks, (meaning complete isolation from the outside world and keeping 2 metres from every member of your family, food delivery by drone, no going out of the house etc) and everyone stuck to these rules. Would the virus disappear? If anyone else has an opinion, please comment. I'm curious.
  21. That is absolutely disgraceful from management but doesn't surprise me. It sounds like there will be even more resignations going forward if things aren't improving!
  22. Can we not have a debate without petty name-calling and getting personal and angry with people!
  23. Ah righto...sorry.
  24. This is very confusing though. If the vaccines actually completely stopped the spread and infection of other people then i could maybe see a pressure on mandatory vaccinations, but myself, my family and many of my friends have contracted covid after being double vaccinated, some of which are asymptomatic. I have a couple of friends who are unvaccinated who haven't had so much of a sniffle. How can vaccine passports work, if double/triple/quadrouple jabbed are granted access to an even without testing and an unvaxed (testing negative) is also aloud entry, an asymptomatic jabbed person is going to increse the spread rather than an unvaxed testing negative?
